Learn more about the cheeses you love and discover new favorites while mingling with the who's who of local cheese and enjoying craft beer by Right Proper Brewing Company.  Cheesemakers and importers will walk you through their personal favorites.  Right Proper Chef Jonatan Bohr will be creating delicious cheesy bites.
