Ripe Specialty Foods is extremely proud to offer the finest in handcrafted cheese made by talented and experienced artisans. We represent very high quality but smaller scale producers and importers and some are exclusive to Ripe Specialty Foods in the DC area.

 

We also offer personalized service to chefs and cheesemongers and our ACS certified cheese professional, Katie Carter, is available to teach staff proper cheese skills including cutting, wrapping, storage, and pairing.
